I had a really great session with Xavari. He was very patient and quickly spotted the best career plan after looking at my CV, he explained which industries would be a good fit for me based on my background, strong transferable skills and everything he suggested made sense. We had a look at live entry level roles that i could apply for.He also gave me advice on what certifications to consider if I wanted to switch industries, which was really helpful. On top of that, he shared his own experience about how he got his first job and how that led him to become a project manager, which was really inspiring.
I left the session feeling much more confident and clear about what steps I need to take to land my first PM role. I learned a lot in a short amount of time.
