Project Manager

We are seeking a Project Manager to join a growing team in Knutsford. Our client has a unique opportunity for a reliable and driven Project Manager to work on a diverse pipeline of projects across the North West and Midlands with a strong focus on fit-outs, partitions, cementitious spray systems and passive fire protection.

Project Manager Role

– Manage the delivery of multiple construction and fire protection projects across the North West and Midlands.

– Oversee site teams, ensure projects are delivered on times, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

– Engage with clients, contractors and suppliers to maintain and build strong relationships.

– Support and contribute to the growth of the region buy helping to build a strong and reliable team.

Project Manager Requirements

– 5+ years experience as a Project Manager in construction.

– Someone who is proactive and is keen on building relationships.

– Must have knowledge of passive fire protection.

– Must have strong commercial acumen and a desire to go out and win new business.
