Project Manager – Food & FMCG
Location: Chester (4 days office-based, 1 day WFH)
Type: Full-time, Permanent
The Role
We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to break into the food industry and gain hands-on experience across product development, sourcing, and retail execution.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate artwork and packaging design for new product launches
Manage project timelines and critical paths for new product introductions
Maintain strong relationships with suppliers on existing product ranges
Support sourcing of new, trending products and global manufacturing partners
Assist with product setup and onboarding with retail partners
Track and monitor sales performance of launched products
Provide marketing support and coordinate with external agencies
Attend UK and international food exhibitions (occasional travel opportunities)
Who We’re Looking For
A self-starter with a passion for food and FMCG
Eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Strong organisational and communication skills
Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Previous experience in project coordination, FMCG, or retail is a plus—but not essential
