* Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops and progress reviews to ensure clear communication and effective decision-making.
* Monitor project progress against agreed milestones, providing regular updates and reports to senior management.
* Support the development and implementation of change management and communications plans.
* Ensure that proposed integration activities are coordinated effectively, with minimal disruption to ongoing business operations.
* Track project costs, resource requirements and delivery against agreed objectives.
* Support the transition towards an integrated operating model, should the merger proceed.

* Strong project planning, governance, reporting and risk management skills.
* Demonstrable experience engaging and influencing senior stakeholders.
* Experience coordinating multiple workstreams and managing competing priorities.
* Strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
* The ability to work independently, take ownership and drive delivery within a fixed timeframe.
* Experience within property management, real estate or a related professional services environment would be advantageous.
* Relevant project management qualifications, such as PRINCE2, APM or equivalent, would be beneficial.

The successful candidate will be expected to establish clear project governance, coordinate the activities required to support the potential merger, identify integration opportunities and provide senior leadership with the visibility and structure needed to make informed decisions and progress towards a successful outcome.
The precise scope of the merger and integration activities will be confirmed at the outset of the project.
